NS Management was set up in 2008 by a group of like-minded international business individuals who sought to take advantage of Mauritius offshore laws and regulations. They concluded that their combination of experience in law, management, aviation and hospitality together with their business network could be offered to others in Mauritius and overseas.

The firm is represented by Arvin Halkhoree, who is the Managing Director. Arvin brings several years of practice in corporate, commercial and financial law. Arvin holds a Bachelor of Law degree with First Class Honours from the University of Mauritius and a Master of Laws degree from Queen Mary, University of London.  He also holds a diploma in European Intellectual Property Law. He is qualified as a barrister to practice in Mauritius. Arvin takes pride in his ability to anticipate and meet the needs of his clients.
